We are piloting a new program developed by our Girls Inc. staff called Power of Stories.
The program is taught through the “Teachings of the Grandmothers” – a set of values that promotes connection to Indigenous cultures. These values serve as themes from which we discuss other topics, such as healthy relationships, consent, resisting peer pressure, and making empowered, healthy choices.
You will be able to catch this at Landmark Cinemas Fort McMurray before your movie plays.
