Through healthy living programming, girls increase their level of physical activity and view their bodies more positively.
Girls increase their understanding of health issues affecting them, their families, and their communities. They develop the motivation and practical skills to take charge of their health today and throughout their lives.

88% of Canadian females ages 12-14 report feeling satisfied with their bodies.
66% of females ages 12-29 who use the internet > 20 hours per week report feeling satisfied with their bodies.
22% of Canadian girls ages 12-17 report high levels of daily stress.
About 26% of girls ages 5-17 met the recommended physical activity
